Online Directory Privacy Settings

To change your online directory privacy settings:

By default, the information that you entered when creating your user account will appear in the online directory for other authorized users to see. This includes your name, address, home phone, cell phone, and email address. It also includes your students' names, grade levels, and teachers.

Users have the ability to remove specific bits of their own information from the online directory and also from any of his/her co-parents online directory entries.

  1. Go to My Account on the left of the blue menu bar on this page.
  2. You will need to sign in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In page in order to reset your password.
  3. Under the Parents heading, find your name, and click the icon under the Edit column.
  4. Adjust your Online directory settings as you wish, and press Save.

To change the settings directly from the online directory:

  1. Go to the online directory. (Please sign in if you haven't already signed in.)
  2. In the "Search by name" box, type your own name to search for yourself.
  3. You will see "eye" icons next to each piece of information in your own directory listing.
  4. To hide a piece of information, just click on the eye next to it, and it will be hidden from all other users. It will still appear in your own listing, but with a strikeout through the text. For other users, that information will be completely hidden.
  5. To re-show a piece of information, just click on the eye again, and it will now again be visible to other users.
